Sheet Music for Brass Band
No 1195 - March - Stand Firm in Christ by Andrew Wainwright
This march was composed and dedicated to the Zambia Territorial Music School 2008. It begins with "I Will Follow Thee, My Saviour" and it also includes the tune "We Shall Win".
No 1196 - Horn solo - The Garden Scene by Stuart Watson
In this pastoral setting for Horn and band, an old Salvation Army chorus - "Lest I forget Gethsemane" - is brought into thematic dialogue with a traditional Scottish melody - "Kelvingrove". Words by Christopher Idle to this folk-tune provide an appropriate link, making the piece a reflection in music on the Passion of the Lord Jesus - "When you prayed beneath the trees, it was for me, O Lord".
No 1197 - Song arrangement - The Father´s Love by Michael Babb
Stuart Townend is one of the most talented worship song writers and this arrangement endeavours to bring out the full message of his fine words, and to complement his powerful melody with a carefully worked setting.
No 1198 - Mighty God! by Dean Jones
An up-tempo arrangement of the song, "What a Mighty God we serve".
